Reflections of the Kimberley Gallery
Loch Street Derby WA
3rd March 1993

Changing Faces of the Kimberley is a glance at the 'new ways of the North West' and some of the characters nameless and named going about their civilised activities in a modern day way.  Strong colourful images portray the 'reality'of how things are today in the bush.  The romantic past of horse musters, bush telegraphs and hardships of isolation being gently pushed into the history books, to be replaced by efficient communications.  Time and labour saving devices with growing technology appear like strange, sometimes rude loud gremlins over the wild ancient landscape which looks on indifferently.
